Vegan Green Goddess Dressing

I know I made vegan dressing then ate it with a grilled steak! Mostly I was trying to make a dairy-free dressing.
I love Green Goddess dressing. It comes in all different styles. This dressing requires a blender, but took 10 minutes to make. We ate it over blanched broccolini and it was very tasty. Although broccolini drizzled with great olive oil and salt is wonderful on its own.

Vegan Green Goddess Dressing

1 pkg. Mori-Nu Firm silken tofu
3 green onions, tops and bottoms trimmed
1 tbls good quality olive oil
pinches of salt
1 tbls apple cider vinegar
1 bunch chives roughly chopped
1/2 cup cilantro
Blend until smooth. This is a great spread for sandwiches, salad dressing and dipping sauce.
